Founder of Investigative Associates in 1994, Ed has an undergraduate degree in Business
Administration from High Point University, in High Point, North Carolina, and an
Associate Degree in Law Enforcement Administration.
He has over twenty-nine years of investigative experience, including six years with
the United States Army Military Police Corps, four years with the Chattanooga, Tennessee,
Police Department, and nine years with the Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Police
Department.
Since 1987, he has been licensed by the North Carolina Private Protective Services
Board as a State Licensed Investigative Consultant.

Kim C. Minor, CPP
Investigative Consultant
Kim holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill. He has over twenty-four years of investigative experience, including
ten years as Director of Security for a regional healthcare organization and thirteen
years with the
Winston-Salem, North Carolina Police Department.
He was Board Certified in Security Management by the American Society for Industrial
Security in 1997.
Since 2003, he has been licensed by the Private Protective Services Board of North
Carolina as a State Licensed Investigative Consultant.

Robin T. Leake, RN-C, MSN, MBA, MHA
Nurse Consultant
Robin has over twenty-two years experience in healthcare, both in the acute and
long term care settings.
She holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Nursing and Hospital Administration
and has served as a guest lecturer on issues in long term care.
Robin is certified as an expert witness in long term care and has provided consulting
services to major healthcare organizations and long term care facilities.
